Broke out the bread machine yesterday

Because Aldi does not have any bread without High Fructose Corn Syrup. They used to, and I'm very sad they don't any more. So, I'm making bread at home again.

Shopping at Aldi is kind of disheartening in general for me right now. I'm really missing being able to buy free range eggs, organic milk, and whole wheat flour at the normal grocery store. This $25 grocery budget requires creativity, and I think I'm going to have to bring in even more creativity so I can bring some whole foods back into our home.
Aldi does have organic tortilla chips, at least.

Getting that CSA is going to be a lifesaver, and I can't wait until June.

I did not know Aldi has organic tortilla chips! I'm hoping that as the success of Aldi's subsidiary, Trader Joe, grows, more and more of their natural products will bleed into the regular Aldi stores.

BTW, I'd love to add your site to my Bloglines reader, but it looks like you don't publish an RSS feed. Unless this is on purpose, would you mind going into your site feed page and clicking YES on publish site feed? Thanks!

Well, the chips weren't there this week, so maybe it's just a sometimes thing.

Also, I am already set on Yes for Publish Site Feed, so I don't know why you can't get RSS. Sorry

Tracy, I'm impressed by your food budget, I thought I was doing well but I spend more than that and it's just me. I have trouble shopping at Aldi, though, there's just not much there that I actually use.

I too have searched for your RSS feed but can't find it, even by entering your address manually into Bloglines, which usually works.

I have a Mac and it has RSS built into the browser. I've never even heard of Bloglines. Hm.
Do I have to register my site with them?
